  • Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies

A production approval process exists for both new parts and repeat orders. Our Quality Personnel insure all requirements are met using: Complete part layouts, Statistical Analysis, including: X-R charts, histograms, capability analysis

Inspection equipment calibration is NIST traceable. Contracted calibration services are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited where applicable. Our inspection equipment includes:

  • Optical Comparators
  • Surface Finish Testing
  • Hardness Testing
  • Thread Verification
  • Custom gaging for part specific features
  • Standard hand held gages (micrometers, pin gages, etc)

Our quality department maintains complete records of part quality and lot traceability to raw materials.
